  • How do I request a song or playlist in Vibenomics?

    To request a playlist, simply click on the Playlist tab. Next, click on the “Request Playlist” button found on the right side of the screen. Once you click the “Request Playlist” button, you will see a form to fill out for your playlist request. Please fill it out and hit the “Send Request” button once complete. We will then create your custom playlist.

    Requesting a song is not as straightforward. The only way to do that is by creating your own playlist. Once you create your own playlist and give it a name, you can start adding songs to it.  While in your newly created playlist, click the “Add Songs from Library” button. You will then get a search box to look for songs. If you search for a song that Vibenomics does not have, you will get a message that says, “Request this Song.” Click the “Request this Song,’ and you will see a submission form.  Fill it in and click “Send Request.” We will get the song back to you as soon as possible!

  • I didn’t sign into my account in time. What can I do?

    If you missed the 48-hour timeframe for signing into your account, please click the “Forgot Password” link on the Vibenomics login page. Enter the email address associated with your account, and a new password will be generated and sent to your email address within minutes.

  • How can I update my billing information?

    You can use our secure link to update your credit card information at anytime.

    Please be sure to enter the specific location(s) this update is for in the ‘Company’ field. For example, under ‘Company’ you should put Anytime Fitness Manhattan or Sky Zone Los Angeles. After entering the card information, you will be charged $1.00 to hold and confirm the credit card. Your next charge will then be on the new card and the $1.00 holding charge deducted from the total.

  • How do I remove a user?

    Users cannot be removed from the Vibenomics system, but their accounts can be made inactive. You can make an account inactive by going to the Users tab in your account and then searching for the user by their first name. Click the “Edit” button in the Actions column, change their status to inactive and click save.

  • How can I create a new user?

    You can create a new user by going to the Users tab within your Vibenomics account. Once in the Users tab, click on the green “New User” button located on the top right of the page. Fill in the new user’s information and click save. The new user will then get an email prompting them to set a new password within 48 hours.

  • How does Vibenomics charge/bill me?

    Vibenomics offers a variety of payment options including credit card, ACH or paper checks. Billing can be scheduled to recur monthly, quarterly or annually to beset fit the business needs of our clients.
