Vibenomics is looking to add a full-time Yield Management Specialist position to help tell the data story of audience composition and advertising performance to multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally.  Passion for quantitative and qualitative information being used to build a business case, segment personas and report advertising performance is the primary requirement for this role. This candidate will be working closely with the Business Intelligence (BI) team in order to gather and analyze data. Once gathered, it is the Yield Management Specialist’s job to interpret this data through charts and information to the Vibenomics sales team to better understand our customers, network-wide trends and advertising results. This position will be responsible for implementing campaign requirements on the front-end, guide optimization within and across campaigns to meet client objectives, and translate the resulting performance and insights back to the advertiser. The ideal candidate will have experience working with data visualization software. The Yield Management Specialist will also focus on Vibenomics’ programmatic footprint in order to boost sales in the programmatic area. This position will report to the Sales Operations Manager. 


  • Report on inventory management, forecasting, pricing, and yield optimization to maximize revenue for Vibenomics 
  • Manage sales analytics and P.O.S data from host networks to accurately report ROI for endemic advertising accounts
  • Work with the BI team in order to interpret different types of data/charts from sources such as SafeGraph, Triton Digital, and Salesforce to members of the sales & marketing team 
  • Traffic direct campaigns sold in our SSP, Triton Digital
  • Manage and report on inventory availability, fill and delivery rates
  • Run monthly revenue reports and analyze performance trends 
  • Create a monthly process for reporting to host networks of pipeline and sales
  • Report on key metrics for campaign effectiveness and develop key findings for optimization
  • Utilize outside tools to translate SafeGraph information into customer profiles and provide further insights to consumer behavior
  • Work with BI team to optimize reporting structures
  • Work with Finance team on reporting for commission, stakeholder reports, and revenue reporting 
  • Assist marketing with gathering data and information to create case studies
  • Perform other duties. as assigned


  • Bachelor’s degree in business or information technology preferred, with experience in a start-up environment
  • Experience managing advertising campaigns, trafficking, and optimizing media activations and reporting on key performance indicators and metrics
  • 2 – 3 years of demonstrated experience in different sales-related software; Programmatic experience is a plus
  • Passion for storytelling through numbers and quantifiable results
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills 
  • Must be a confident, tech-savvy, self-starter with a positive attitude, and a team player
  • The ability to be flexible and work in a rapidly changing environment 
  • Needs to be attentive to detail, resourceful, and the ability to work well under pressure

  • Knowledge of the digital advertising industry and emerging trends
