A successful Talent Management Coordinator will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring and training needs.  You should be able to attract, screen, interview and hire candidates using various sources like social media networks and employee referrals. The Coordinator will also play a key role in employee development and retention.  Our ideal candidate holds an academic HR background combined with work experience in recruitment and training, with a preference given to recruitment-specific experience.     


Responsibilities for Talent Management Coordinator     


The recruitment responsibilities of the Talent Management Coordinator are to ensure Vibenomics attracts, hires, and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline. This includes:

  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards, social media sites, etc.
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
  • Conduct interviews      
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
  • Assist in the onboarding of new employees
  • Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Promote company’s reputation as a “best place to work”



The training responsibilities of the Talent Management Coordinator are to assist in the creation, refinement, and implementation of training and development programs for Vibenomics employees. This includes:

  • Benchmark staff training requirements for Vibenomics
  • Provide inputs to a training strategy and the development of specific training development plans
  • Prepare a training calendar
  • Prepare onboarding and training manuals for employees and managers
  • Plan and conduct onboarding and training courses and sessions
  • Manage and monitor the assigned training budget
  • Monitor and implement training best practices     
  • Evaluate the quality of training courses and implement improvements



  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills     
  • Strong presentation skills     
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods     
  • Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives     
  • Ability to design and implement effective training and development     
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, G Suite and related program software     



  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, communications, business, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment and/or training, with a preference given to recruitment-focused experience
