The Senior Audio Experience Manager (AEM) role is a subject matter expert in using our technology and the customer relationship to deliver the best service possible to our host networks (software clients) and advertisers. Our Senior AEMs are focused on being the strategic partner to our clients by collaborating with a managed services team that is focused on revenue generation for the client through partnering them with advertisers, training on our technology, and proactively satisfying and exceeding client expectations. They are ready to support as needed, obsessed with becoming the trusted advisor, and never assume that something is happening. They are self-directed and want to influence the future of a rapidly growing late-stage start-up.


  • Serve as the operational point of contact for a portfolio of premium client accounts
  • Lead conversations to support the networks’ objectives of outsourcing their in-store audio advertising market, develop a plan to execute against them and ensure that expectations are set and met
  • Tactically manage the onboarding process, working with multiple customer touch-points and partners to deploy & activate players at each host network location
  • Effectively collect and manage network data including store attributes to help advertisers make the most impactful buying decisions across the Vibenomics Ad Network
  • Collaborate with customer marketing on the plan for music selection, creative tone, and marketing alignment
  • Be the customer advocate internally at Vibenomics, not only within the Managed Services team but also when working with the Vibenomics product, sales, and marketing teams
  • Assist Key Account Team Sales Lead to drive all customer lifecycle activities, including renewal and upsell opportunities
  • Work with the Managed Services team to improve processes to better enhance the advertiser and host network experiences in their journey with Vibenomics
  • Train the customer on the level of software access that is of most interest to them


  • Bachelor’s degree in business preferred with experience in a start-up environment
  • 5 – 7 years of demonstrated experience in customer success, account management or a related discipline, preferably in SaaS, martech, adtech, or similar field
  • A passion for operational efficiencies
  • Impeccable communication skills, with an ability to tactfully and skillfully assist, convince and delight customers and internal partners
  • Deep project management experience (PMP certification is a plus), managing multiple projects at a time.  
  • Must have excellent strategic and analytical marketing skills
  • Must be a recognized leader within an extended team, with proven ability to mentor junior team members
  • Must be a confident self-starter with a positive attitude, a team player, an innovative problem solver and be able to manage multiple projects at once
  • A natural inclination to stay connected on email, SMS, phone, and social media
  • Needs to be attentive to detail, resourceful, and work well under pressure
  • Knowledge of the digital advertising industry and emerging trends a plus
